The Role

Our well-established, privately held commercial real estate firm in North Palm Beach is seeking an ambitious Executive Sales & Operations Associate to partner closely with the CEO & COO.
This is not a typical assistant role. It’s an opportunity to sit at the decision-making table, wear multiple hats, and immerse yourself in the daily realities of running and growing a high-performing business. From managing operations and sales initiatives to stepping in where needed across departments, you’ll be directly exposed to the leadership, strategy, and discipline required to build long-term success.
