We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to support multiple ongoing projects (up to 22 this fiscal year) at Medtronic Rice Creek. This role will manage a wide range of administrative, financial, and operational tasks, ensuring smooth project execution and compliance with company processes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with vendor and privacy assessments, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee CAM / SOW / PO / Invoice lifecycle management.
- Conduct and coordinate privacy assessments and vendor risk assessments .
- Manage indirect supplier setup and extensions, and follow up on MSAs .
- Track monthly capacity allocation for project resources.
- Manage Planisware project tracking for up to 22 projects.
- Calculate and report on TAS (Technology Adoption Score) KPIs.
- Coordinate developer administrative onboarding , including HR processes, security groups, laptop / VDI setup, and cloud services access.
- Perform monthly service / access audits for developers, ensuring chargeback accuracy and removing stale accounts.
- Follow up on Cornerstone training compliance.
- Submit and track firewall rule requests.
- Triage and resolve supplier payment complaints in a timely manner.
- Assist with ADP A3 preparation for red projects in collaboration with project leads.
- Prepare Project Gate Review presentations in PowerPoint.
- Manage EAT by project tracking and reconciliation across active projects.
Qualifications
Required :
3+ years’ experience in project coordination or program administration.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Experience with CAM / SOW / PO / Invoice processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Preferred :
Experience in the medical device or highly regulated industry.Knowledge of Planisware and supplier management processes.Familiarity with privacy and vendor risk assessments.Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines.Benefits : Health care insurance benefits available first of the month following 60 days of employment.
