The Boeing Company’s Human Resources (HR) Business Architecture Team is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Architect to join our HR Services team. This position can be based in any of the following Boeing sites : Everett, WA; Seattle, WA; Renton, WA; Mesa, AZ; Hazelwood, MO; North Charleston, SC; or Chicago, Il.
In this role you will be integral in developing a model-based view of the HR function using established Business Architecture and Business Process Management principles. You will collaborate with stakeholders across HR and IT to deliver scalable, innovative technology solutions that enable world-class HR services.
Position Responsibilities :
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Summary pay range : $102,850 - $161,250
