Lead EPIC Analyst

SUMMARY

This leadership position will support requests from all levels of Health System leadership including our Chief Medical Information Officers, Laboratory / Pathology, Clinical (Nursing) Informatics, Hospital Operations, Ambulatory Operations, Safety and Compliance. The lead analyst will begin a leadership development journey that supports the department leadership succession strategy. The lead analyst will lead multiple HSIR teams in Agile / Scrum development and their maturation in the Agile / Scrum framework. The analyst will lead Agile project development for multiple application development teams, prioritizing a timely delivery cadence of every two weeks. The lead analyst will work with department leadership to enhance Agile adherence and quality software development, meeting assertive deadlines as appropriate.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or other related fields.

7 years business systems and / or project experience with exposure to systems or project development and testing, installation, and training.
