Senior Clerk

This position is Onsite. Our office is located at 8401 Jack Finney Blvd Greenville, TX.

A typical day will include sorting mail after it's dropped off for the day. Print documents / attachments / refund checks from a SharePoint site or legacy system. Sorting, and scanning of documents from batches of documents from clients. The day will vary from day to day, depending on what comes in for that day.

This position is full-time (40 hours / week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

We offer 4 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of training will be aligned with your schedule.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Sort and file claims
• Sorting mail
• Scanning documents
• Operating mail machine
• Printing attachments

The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 - $27.69 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
