CFS is partnered with a growing manufacturing firm headquartered in Europe to identify a Human Resources Coordinator for their Wilmington, MA location.

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Coordinator :

  • Supporting employees full-cycle : recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding

    • The recruitment process is managed by the Talent Acquisition team, but this role helps with final steps

  • Onboarding includes preparing offer letters, coordinating new hire documentation, creating new hire orientation schedules
  • Managing the HR email inbox and responding to employee questions
  • Updating and maintaining employee data in ADP Workforce Now
  • Coordinating with outside benefits companies and acting as subject matter expert within the HR department
  • Creating HR data reports for general company use

    • Background Expected of the Human Resources Coordinator :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or experience equivalent (+4 years)
  • 2+ years in an HR role with responsibilities supporting employee lifecycle support and benefits administration
  • Experience with ADP Workforce now is a plus but not required
  • Attention to detail regarding confidentiality
