The Rental Coordinator will be responsible for various functions, including raising rental contracts, managing equipment logistics, and providing customer service.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities :

• Act as the front-line contact by warmly greeting the customer. Both by phone and walk-in.
• Prepare rental contracts and ensure all proper documentation, such as credit apps and insurance coverage, is obtained before renting the equipment.
• Establish and maintain a professional relationship with all customers.
• Quote rental rates during the phone conversation (i.e., one call resolution).
• Product expert and consultant to the customers - communicate effectively with customers to understand their equipment needs and requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule rentals, ensuring timely delivery and pickup of equipment.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to the rental process.
• Handle small equipment and tool sales for walk-in customers as needed.
• Accountable for managing the equipment rental guidelines and policies.
• Support and act as a liaison to the outside sales force, directing their leads their way if needed.
• Inspect equipment to ensure it is in good working condition before and after rentals.
• Manage inventory of rental equipment, keeping accurate records and ensuring availability.
• Organize transport of equipment, arranging logistics for delivery and pickup.
• Track equipment usage and schedule routine maintenance to keep equipment in optimal condition.
• Ensure compliance with rental procedures and company policies.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment repairs and routine checks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
