What Youll Do

• Sell auto (including RVs and golf carts) and motorcycle insurance to customers who actually enjoy talking to you.
• Build genuine relationships were about connection, not cold, robotic scripts.
• Use your product knowledge to explain coverage without drowning people in jargon.
• Follow up, close deals, and keep clients happy so they come back year after year.
• Be part of a team that celebrates wins together (yes, there will be bonuses)!

What Were Looking For

• Active Property & Casualty license no exceptions.
• A proven track record in insurance sales or customer retention.
• A natural relationship-builder who can balance selling with serving.
• Tech-savvy comfortable with quoting platforms, CRMs, and digital communication.
• Someone whos self-driven, competitive, and takes initiative.
