Clients Medicine’s Healthcare AI Applied Research Team (HEA3RT) is hiring a creative and strategic Instructional Designer to help shape the future of AI education for clinicians. You’ll join the AI Academy initiative, which delivers a rigorous, clinically grounded curriculum to healthcare professionals across six key domains—from foundational AI knowledge to ethical implications in patient care.
What You’ll Do :
- Collaborate with faculty and subject matter experts to design interactive, clinically relevant e-learning modules
- Use modern instructional design tools and techniques to create engaging content (., simulations, branching scenarios, case studies)
- Build and manage content within Docebo LMS, ensuring a seamless and accessible learner experience
- Tailor learning pathways for diverse healthcare roles (physicians, nurses, administrators)
- Incorporate feedback and analytics to continuously improve course effectiveness
- Ensure all materials meet Stanford Medicine’s standards for accessibility, design, and educational impact
