Business Applications Administrator – MAS Supply Chain (Procurement & Inventory Mgt)
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Applications Administrator to join our Supply Chain initiatives during the transition from IBM Maximo to the Maximo Application Suite (MAS). This role will be part of a team of analysts and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful system implementation, data integrity, and operational alignment across all stakeholders. Long term, this team will continue to manage MAS as part of a cross-department team.
Key Responsibilities :
Support Supply Chain focused on Procurement and Inventory Management functionsGather, validate, and document of business and technical requirements for the Maximo to MAS upgradeCollaborate with IT and Operations to ensure MAS configurations align with business needsCoordinate across the enterprise and applications to ensure organizational alignment with business requirementsConduct data analysis and migration efforts, including data cleansing, mapping, and validation of inventory and procurement dataManage the design, configuration, and testing of MAS modules, including Inventory (items, tools, usage, receiving etc. and procurement (procure to pay), sourcing, , supplier punchouts, internal catalogs, EDI acknowledgements etc.)Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management initiatives to drive successful adoption and user readinessDevelopment and maintenance of documentation, including process flows / maps, user guides, and configuration specificationsMonitor system performance and readiness through KPI dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiencyEnsure compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance policies throughout the upgrade and operational lifecycleProvide strategic input into supply chain management practices and system enhancements to support long-term utility goals
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related fieldDemonstrated years of experience in business analysis, inventory management, and / or ProcurementProven experience with enterprise system upgrades or implementations, preferably in a utility or Supply Chain environmentStrong knowledge of IBM Maximo and / or MAS, including inventory and procurement modules. Nice to have, IBM Maximo / MAS CertificationsProficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SQL.Excellent communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and drive cross-departmental collaborationPreferred Skills :
Experience leading MAS implementation or upgrade projectsKnowledge of Supply Chain best practicesFamiliarity with utility procurement and inventory management standardsExperience with Agile or hybrid project methodologiesFamiliarity with BABOK and ITIL frameworksPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS :
