Note : Candidates must be full-time only, MD or DO, board certified in Internal or Family Medicine, 2+ years post-residency, with experience managing chronic conditions. Telemedicine experience is a plus. Must hold 10+ active licenses and have at least 3 available APP supervision slots.

Job Description
- Conduct virtual initial screenings for member enrollment using established clinical guidelines
- Manage medication and prescriptions via the company's proprietary platform
- Monitor member symptoms and provide guidance or interventions as necessary
- Supervise and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (NPs and PAs)
- Respond to occasional member voicemails for clarifications or medication concerns
- Offer clinical input to enhance internal tools and technology
- Travel for chart reviews (approximately twice a year)
- Participate in an on-call rotation as scheduled
