Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (Potential Flexibility)

Employment Type : Full-Time

Practice Setting : Outpatient Only

Position Summary :

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our outpatient General Psychiatry team at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Round Rock . You will be an integral part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, working alongside six psychiatrists to deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care. This role does not include inpatient responsibilities, and there are currently no other APPs on the team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and follow-up visits
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans in coordination with psychiatrists
• Provide medication management and psychoeducation to patients
• Monitor patient progress, respond to clinical changes, and adjust care plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system - EPIC
• Participate in case conferences and multidisciplinary team meetings

Qualifications :

Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in the state of Texas
