Sales Representative
We're looking for a driven, sharp, and self-starting Sales Representative with strong experience in Business Development and Proposal Writing ideally within the Architectural and Engineering (A / E) sector. If you know how to build relationships, spot opportunities, and write proposals that actually win, you'll vibe with this role.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Engagement & Outreach
- Conduct proactive cold outreach to new prospects and nurture inbound leads from our existing pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across A / E clients.
- Lead discovery calls, run client meetings, and identify needs that align with our services.
Prospecting & Pipeline Growth
Independently source and qualify new business opportunities within the A / E industry.Leverage internal lists of warm, pre-qualified leads to expand the client base.Maintain a healthy, active pipeline and consistently move opportunities through each stage.Proposal Writing & Coordination
Prepare high-quality proposals, capability statements, and RFP responses tailored to client requirements.Work closely with internal teams to align proposal content with project scope, timelines, and deliverables.Ensure all proposals reflect accurate A / E terminology, service scopes, and technical understanding.CRM & Reporting
Use CRM tools (Factor AE, HubSpot, or similar) to manage contacts, track activity, and maintain accurate records.Provide regular reports on prospecting activity, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
