Job Responsibilities

• Design Individualized Treatment Protocols : Assess the needs of your patients and formulate tailored therapy approaches to help them achieve their rehabilitation milestones
• Conduct Therapeutic Activities : Implement strategies grounded in evidence-based practices to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and everyday tasks
• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work collaboratively with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and integrated care
• Educate Patients and Families : Guide patients and their families in understanding therapy methods to foster progress outside of the clinical setting
• Track and Evaluate Progress : Document clinical developments and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring patients remain on their path to success
