Foundation Strategy Developer

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option. Location : UCHealth UCHealth Harmony Campus, Fort Collins, CO. Department : LPH Unrestricted FTE : Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks). Shift : Days. Pay : $33.82 - $50.73 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

Summary : Develops and administers foundation strategies to optimize foundation operations, fund management and major gift fundraising.

Responsibilities : Designs and implements strategies, programs and initiatives to solicit gifts from individuals, groups, employees and organizations, focusing on major, principal and planned giving. Develops relationships with hospital staff to foster a culture of philanthropy. Designs, implements and oversees standardized systems, processes and workflows to ensure organizational effectiveness and compliance. Advises regional leaders, fund managers and departments on fund access. Monitors and oversees department variance against budgets, restricted and operational spend, and regulatory and grant compliance. Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements : Bachelor's degree in related field. 3 years of experience in development and fundraising operations.
