HVE specializes in designs for multifamily, commercial, educational, and healthcare projects. Founded in 1996, we’re known for practical solutions to client challenges and hands-on involvement from experienced principals on every project.

Your Role

We’re seeking a candidate who is a licensed PE or EIT with significant HVAC and plumbing design experience who can provide solutions to nuanced challenges, enjoys mentoring junior engineers, and who demands quality while they oversee design efforts from concept through construction.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate with architects, contractors and other disciplines, along with internal team members to ensure fully integrated designs
• Perform HVAC and Plumbing load calculations, equipment selection, and code compliance reviews
• Conduct QA / QC on plans, specs, and reports

What We Offer

We are targeting a base salary of $100,000 to $150,000, yet it is determined by several factors including education, experience, licensing, and a history of working in the Seattle area.
