Summary
Assists, provides, and coordinates nursing care for patients to obtain and reach optimal health. Participates with the care teams in Summa Health Medical Group to provide patient‑focused care. Is able to maintain and adapt to daily operations, interpret and execute provided instructions, and work reliably with professionalism in a medical office environment.
Minimum Qualifications
Formal Education Required :
- Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Applicants with an Associate’s degree will be considered but are required to obtain a BSN within three (3) years of employment
- Graduate of a program of professional nursing that is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) or Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN)
- Current license to practice registered nursing in the State of Ohio
Experience & Training Required :
Current license as a Registered Nurse by the State of OhioMeets continuing education requirements in order to maintain licenseOne (1) year of clinical patient care experienceAdditional related previous experience may be required for various practicesCPR certification requiredOther Skills, Competencies and Qualifications :
