Description

Step into the role of Universal Banker and become the face of our bank! In this position, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and tailored banking solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for performing all teller functions, servicing existing clients with a focus on their needs, opening consumer deposit accounts, and recommending appropriate products and services to enhance the client experience. Your success in this role will depend on your ability to learn quickly, stay organized, and work efficiently. If you are enthusiastic about banking and helping others, we want you to join our team! This role requires flexibility with schedule and the willingness to rotate between bank locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES :

Daily Operations :

• Efficiently process client transactions with a high level of integrity, accuracy, and knowledge.
• Accurately open, maintain, and close consumer deposit accounts and services, including identifying cross selling and referral opportunities.
• Maintain detailed level of knowledge on ACBT's core processing system, products, and services, and a conversational level of knowledge other lines of business (e.g., lending and wealth management).
