Advance Services is looking for a sharp, driven Process Technician to join our high-performing team! If you're passionate about injection molding and love solving problems, improving processes, and making things run like a well-oiled machine — this is the opportunity for you.

• What You’ll Do :

Set up and fine-tune new tools and jobs for peak efficiency.

Troubleshoot current processes and equipment to enhance quality and uptime.

Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Tooling teams to hit performance targets.

Support training for junior techs and pitch in on mold repairs and robot maintenance.

Own the paperwork : process logs, set-up docs, start-up reports – you’ll be the data champ.

Drive improvements by giving input on tool design and production planning.

1–3 years of hands-on experience in Injection Molding .

Strong understanding of plastic resins and process optimization.

Mechanical know-how with a readiness to roll up your sleeves.

Ability to lift 40 lbs and keep up in a fast-paced production environment.
