We are looking to hire a talented, hands-on data engineer, who is interested in working on our cloud-based solutions for pipelining public and private data from multiple sources throughout our systems. You will be working on an Agile team dedicated to parsing and processing, aggregating, and enriching the latest CRE data used by our clients and internal team of researchers to provide the most comprehensive view of the Commercial Real Estate in the world.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and build data ingestion models, ETLs, and testing to maintain data integrity and availability
• Document data models and ER diagrams
• Develop, maintain, and improve current data architecture
• Design and build database schema for financial and real estate data
• Collaborate with research, product, and operations teams to deepen analytical toolkit and improve workflow
• Aid and perform analysis on large aggregated (e.g. : demographic, geographic) datasets

Compensation, Benefits and Work Authorization

In addition to the posted base salary range, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.

Pay Range

USD $110,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 / Yr.
