Be highly organized and efficient when it comes to scheduling / planning blogs and social media marketing strategies Possess self-motivation and confidence when it comes to all duties Be available to work 30-40 hours a week over the summer or more Preferred : Prior Editorial and basic HTML experience Immediate impact on a growing team Paid internship. Competitive rates are always cool. A casual but collaborative work environment. Being involved in an environment with people that are passionate about not only tennis, but their jobs as a whole Small company = frequent social gatherings (think impromptu happy hour / friday fun-day) Access to Capital Factory work area and resources (it’s a great view on the 16th floor of the Omni hotel!)
The JOB
We are hiring a paid intern to take on social media and editorial responsibilities. This involves writing blogs for blog.mytennislessons.com that touch on tennis instruction, tennis pop culture and startup news, among other things. You would also be responsible for contributing and carrying out social media marketing matters.
You will be responsible for :
- Writing 5-8 blogs a week pertaining to the outlined focus groups
- Help organize and contribute to an up to date editorial calendar
- Posting unique content and relevant recycled content on various social media outlets (twitter, facebook, etc.)
- Promoting said content to the proper demographics
- Collaborating on various editorial, PR, and email marketing efforts
