Configuration Management Analyst

T-Rex Solutions is seeking a qualified Configuration Management Analyst to support of a secure DOD customer located in Ogden UT. The overall program that this role supports aims to modernize legacy network infrastructure and migrate services into a new AWS Cloud Environment. For any candidates not already local to the Ogden UT area T-Rex is offering a relocation support package to assist with moving costs.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain CM files including configuration identification change control and status accounting record.
• Analyze proposed changes of product design to determine effect on overall product and system.
• Coordinate modification records for management control.
• Establish change orders and prepare for change authorization and documentation by company and subcontractor.
• Maintain and enforce configuration management policies and procedures.
• Maintain the baseline using automated Configuration Management tools.
• Track and maintain the project change requests impact assessments incident reports and change notices continuously.
• Attend customer meetings kick-off meetings configuration meetings and production meetings as needed.
• Ensure that customer requirements are implemented and review changes to accounting activity to ensure compliance with configuration management policies.
• Demonstrated experience with such concepts as virtualization storage networking cloud computing and CMDB
• Basic knowledge of software licensing concepts

In compliance with pay transparency guidelines the annual base salary range for this position is $65000 - $98000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. T-Rex considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position candidates work experience education / training key skills internal peer equity as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
