Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Distribution Operations Coordinator to join our team. The Analyst III will be responsible for creating and managing switching procedures, coordinating with the control center, and ensuring switch plans are accurately written, approved, and scheduled. This role is critical to maintaining safe and reliable distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, write, and update switching procedures for upcoming work.
- Coordinate with the control center to ensure switch plans are accurate and complete.
- Submit switch plans for review, track approvals, and manage scheduling.
- Serve as a point of contact for the control center to address follow-up questions and clarify procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including a group of six coordinators, engineers, and field personnel.
- Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and safety in all operational activities.
