We are seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative / Customer Service( SPANISH
to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Agm tools is an expanding and ambitious company with 12 locations in USA (Texas has 6 locations : Houston 2 locations , Austin and San Antonio, McAllen and Dallas. Other states we cover , Oklahoma, Arkansas, South Florida (Pompano Beach and Orlandos), North Caroline (Raleigh and Charlotte)Responsibilities :
Handle customer inquiries and complaintsLearning the system and the products, the way to use them and pricesMake a route daily visiting customersProvide information about the products and servicesTroubleshoot and resolve product issues and concernsDocument and update customer records based on interactionsCollect customers have been giving creditDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services pass for a trainingReach Monthly goals to receive the commisionQualifications :
Previous experience in sales, and customer service or other related fieldsAbility to build rapport with clientsAbility to prioritize and multitaskPositive and professional demeanorExcellent written and verbal communication skillCompany offers Base Salary + Commission, Training, Vacation and Sick days.
