Serve as a contact for benefits and leave inquiries. 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration or HR management (leave management preferred). Strong knowledge of employment laws related to benefits and leave. Excellent communication skills and customer service focus. Proficiency in HRIS systems is a plus.
