Warehouse Team Leader

We're looking for someone who's ready to take the lead, roll up their sleeves, and help our people grow while keeping our operations smooth and safe.

Key Outcomes :

• Lead and motivate a warehouse team across multiple facilities to ensure efficient daily operations
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize workloads for staff, making sure everything gets done on time
• Keep inventory and receiving data accurate and up-to-date in our systems
• Ensure safety policies are followed and maintain a clean, organized facility
• Support and develop staff through coaching, training, and ongoing team development
• Identify ways to improve processes and help implement new procedures and training materials

The annualized base salary range for this role is $78,000 $130,100 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
