Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong work ethic and proven sales background. The ideal candidate is results-driven, thrives in fast-paced environments, and communicates clearly and confidently in English both spoken and written.

This role focuses on outbound sales development, managing warm, pre-qualified leads and identifying high-value investment opportunities (over $10K). You will be responsible for engaging new prospects, assessing their interest and fit, and passing only serious leads to our leadership team for follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 2040 outbound calls daily to warm, pre-qualified leads as they come in.
• Conduct initial outreach and qualification calls with real estate investor leads.
• Assess potential clients' investment interest and ability (targeting deals of $10K+).
• Qualify and vet leads, filtering out unqualified prospects while ensuring only serious, interested buyers move forward.
• Accurately record all communications, notes, and lead statuses in the CRM.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to align on lead quality and feedback.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and timely responses to all inbound and outbound inquiries.
• (Future opportunity) Transition into direct product sales, depending on performance and business needs.
