As an  CSR Support Specialist , you will provide the first interaction between our business clients and ADP’s retirement program. Building strong relationships with clients and seamlessly implementing ADP’s technologies, you will ensure your clients are set up for long-term success with ADP. Even more, you’ll make an immediate impact on our client’s employees and their 401K plans.

You will spend most of your day focused on delivering a smooth onboarding experience for new ADP 401(k) clients and their active employees by providing enrollment and driving 401(k) plan participation. Responsible for providing enrollment support, driving usage into our virtual webcast offerings, and ensuring enrollments prior to 401(k) plan start date.
