The Clinical Compliance QA Coordinator is responsible for auditing and reviewing pediatric home health nursing notes to ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency standards. This role focuses on quality assurance within the state of Texas and involves regular use of the CubHub electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Audit pediatric skilled nursing visit notes in  CubHub  for completeness, clinical accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure documentation aligns with Texas Medicaid and agency policies.
  • Identify trends, deficiencies, or compliance risks and provide timely feedback to field nurses and clinical leadership.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to support education and training efforts on documentation best practices.
  • Assist with internal quality improvement initiatives and participate in the development of corrective action plans when needed.
  • Support survey readiness, internal reviews, and external audits as required.

Qualifications :

  • Active LPN license (preferred) and strong clinical background in pediatric home health.
  • Experience with  CubHub  EMR system or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of Texas Medicaid guidelines and pediatric home health regulations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote or office-based setting.

  • Annual Salary Range :

  • Full-Time, $25.00 to $26.00 / hr
