Full-Time Wellness Nurse (Evening Shift)

Schedule :   Evening shift (3 p.m. to 11 p.m.), 2 days on weekend and 2 days during the week

Pay : We offer competitive pay for the Wellness Nurse ranging from $50 to $52 per hour for RN candidates plus shift differentials!

About the Position

This position is primarily responsible for monitoring the clinical and holistic health of Assisted Living residents, coordinating necessary services, and delivering care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation, while maintaining the standards of professional nursing.  The Wellness Nurse provides person-centered care in collaboration with care partners, medication aides and interdisciplinary team.
