Brow techniques (microblading, powder brows, ombré brows, combo brows) Lip blush and lip neutralization Other PMU procedures as qualified (eyeliner, touch-ups, etc.) Current PMU or tattoo license / certification (or in process). Strong understanding of color theory, face mapping, and PMU design principles. Reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating natural, beautiful results. Willingness to learn — training and continued mentorship available. Hands-on training and ongoing skill development. Supportive, creative, and professional team environment. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Permanent Makeup Artist who specializes in eyebrows and lip blush, with the opportunity to perform other PMU services as well. Responsibilities
Perform PMU services such as :
Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and safety in compliance with Virginia Department of Health and Board of Cosmetology guidelines.
Conduct consultations, manage follow-ups, and educate clients on aftercare.
Maintain accurate client records and communicate professionally.
Stay informed on PMU trends, pigments, and evolving techniques.
