Gecko Hospitality is looking for an experienced Restaurant Managerto work in a fast-casual Texas BBQ restaurant.Applytoday at our location inHurst, Texas! From generation to generation, recipes have been passed down for us to share with our guests. Our BBQ is slow-cooked over hickory for that timeless taste that has made us a local favorite. Title of Position : Restaurant Manager

Job Description : A Restaurant Managermust be energetic and able to inspire as a leader.The responsibilities of a Restaurant Managerinclude motivating and coaching a talented staff to deliver an authentic experience to the guests while upholding top-notch standards in food quality in a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere. TheRestaurant Managerwill be required to prepare monthly reports for the corporate office and should be able to follow the financial procedures, including but not limited to P&L, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and all other financial transactions. The person in this position must lead by exampleand beable to coach and mentor their team to achieve the goals set before them.

  • The Restaurant Managershould be able to provide consistent support for the success of the operation
  • Trust, honesty, integrity, and a true passion for customer satisfaction are requirements for theRestaurant Manager
  • TheRestaurant Managermust be proficient in achieving solid financial results
  • A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Restaurant Managermust possess
  • High volume experience of 3+ years as aRestaurant Manageris a must for this position
  • Bar-B-Que experience a plus
