Licensed Mental Health Provider – Spanish-Speaking

Pay : $75,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year

Raíces de Bienestar, a Latine culturally specific nonprofit, is looking for a compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Provider to join our team. With us, your commitment to the Latine community and our mission matters as much as your clinical expertise.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy
• Conduct psychological assessments, including immigration evaluations
• Develop culturally responsive treatment plans
• Collaborate with patients, families, cultural brokers, and partners
• Maintain accurate and confidential records
• Participate in case consultations, supervision, and community outreach
