The Digital Communications Director is a senior leader responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media and digital communications strategy that strengthens brand reputation, engages key audiences, and supports organizational goals. This role manages cross-platform strategy, and collaborates with PR, marketing, and executive leadership to ensure integrated messaging and impactful digital storytelling.

Strategy & Leadership

• Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for all social media communications across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube).
• Align social media efforts with broader brand, PR, marketing, and corporate communications strategies.
• Advise executive leadership on digital engagement trends, brand reputation issues, and strategic opportunities.
• Lead crisis response and reputation management on social platforms in coordination with legal and PR teams.

What You'll Bring :

Pay Range : $145,000.00 - $193,325.00 annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
