It is the role of this position to learn the workflows, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate, thorough, and timely work completion. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Qualifications : Minimum Required Qualifications : Education : BS Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred or 5 years of equivalent experience Experience : 2 years prior finance experience including exposure to grant administration preferred. Certification / Registration : Other Skills and Knowledge : Prefer the following : Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to collect and analyze data. Excellent communication, customer service and problem solving skills required.
