Director, Infrastructure Delivery

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and clients providing insights on program performance. Establish program management standards methodologies and reporting cadences.
• Support and develop the delivery strategy in coordination with the Account Director and Account Leadership Team. Lead the development of programmatic standards design and delivery of mobility infrastructure projects guided by client and ABM strategic objectives.
• Develop and confirm technical and functional specifications by developing clear scope statements standards and innovations appropriate for client use cases. Manage integration of emerging mobility technologies into ABMs service offerings
• Oversee requirements validation site design and project deployment of EV charging solutions and related infrastructure across client sites.
• Establish program-level safety requirements and governance frameworks to mitigate risks during construction and deployment activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contractors to integrate safety protocols into project planning and execution.
• Direct real estate due diligence processes for property acquisition and site readiness.
• Optimize resource allocation across multiple projects and geographies.
• Deliver executive-level dashboards and performance metrics to monitor progress and outcomes.

Pay : $122800 - $226200

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful

applicants education experience skills abilities geographic location and alignment with market data.
