Are you a self-starter with sign installation and production experience? Do you love working outdoors? Are you detail oriented and mechanically inclined? If so, I may have the perfect position for you. There are immediate openings for Sign Installation Technicians / Production Lead.

Hours : Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (some Saturdays during peak season)

Pay :  $20 - $25 per hour, DOE

Responsibilities :

  • Proofread signs, work orders, and provide quality control to ensure accurate fulfillment of projects.
  • Estimating and performing on-site and off-site installation of signage and large format graphics.
  • Preparing substrates and using the proper machines and techniques to construct products according to written and verbal instructions (flat panel substrates, post and panel projects, and application of pressure sensitive vinyls)
  • Follow instructions to accurately install a variety of flat panel signage, post and panel and full color graphic images in various circumstances. Interior and Exterior
  • Maintain strong lines of communication with sales staff and promptly answer messages / questions.
  • Accurately relay project details to sales staff and customers.
  • Adhere to industry standard safety practices.
  • Operate all tools and equipment according to specified safety requirements
  • Weed excess vinyl from computer cut images. Weeding techniques vary with size, type of vinyl, and complexity of image
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and minor repairs when necessary
  • Help unload and store raw materials; clean and maintain storage areas. This includes using a shop vac to prevent debris ruining installations
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Must be lift certified
  • Ability to pass onboarding screening requirements
  • Strong communication skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs, work outdoors in variable conditions, and be physically active all day
  • Self-starter with strong time management and documentation habits
  • Can-do” attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Ablility to stand / lift for long periods of time
