Education and Experience
High school graduate and 2-year experience or higher degree and 1 year work experience
Skills and Qualifications :
- Understanding of Windows operating system .
- Familiar with MS office (ex. Word and Excel), Google Suite, SFTP.
- Problem solving and communication : The ability to track issues and escalate problems when necessary.
- Organization and time management : The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Data Entry and Customer service support.
- Ability to learn new applications and tools.
