The Forklift Operator will support the operation of a fast-paced packaging manufacturing facility Primary duties include safely operating a lift truck or roll grab while performing a wide range of tasks in the warehouse or plant.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safely and demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, possess a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operate complex machinery, and have a desire to advance within the company.

Shift : 2 : 00pm - 12 : 00 (midnight)

• What you need to succeed :
• Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific directions, and perform other duties as assigned
• Ability to work safely, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and comply with all safety regulations
• Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skills
• Ability to lift, push and / or pull 50 lbs., stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift
• Flexibility to work longer hours; which include days, nights, and weekends
• 2+ years' experience operating a sit-down forklift is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

What we offer :

The starting rate is $22.84 per hour for the first 60 days, after 60 Days : the pay will be $25.56 per hour, depending on your role, level, and location. The benefits for this role may include short-term bonus incentive, health, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid sick leave as required by applicable state / local law, 10 days of paid vacation, and 11 days of paid holidays, subject to annual change.
