We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Assembler to join our growing production team. As an Assembler, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing of high-quality medical devices, contributing directly to products that improve patient lives. You will perform a variety of repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations, adhering to established standards, diagrams, drawings, and assembly procedures. Your commitment to quality, accuracy, and adherence to strict regulatory guidelines will be crucial to our success. Must be reliable.
Responsibilities :
Execute assembly operations according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and assembly drawings, ensuring precision and accuracy.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Properly shut down and lock out equipment when not in use, following safety protocols.
Accurately measure and record process parameters, reporting results to supervision as required.
Adhere to production schedules and promptly communicate any material shortages to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain accurate and complete documentation
Strictly comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) regarding material labeling, SOP adherence, and proper segregation of materials throughout the production process.
Perform duties in a standard manufacturing environment, which may involve standing or sitting for extended periods.
Frequently lift and move materials and products weighing up to 30 pounds.
Utilize required safety equipment, including but not limited to eye safety glasses, gowns, masks, and hearing protectors, as necessary for specific operations.
Demonstrate excellent hand-to-hand and hand-to-eye coordination.
Exhibit competence in understanding and applying correct production process methods and effectively inspect for any deviations from these methods.
Working hours : Various Shifts Available
Skills :
High attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, comfortable with tiny pieces. Ability to work independently.
Qualifications :
Manufacturing, microscope experience preferred. Soldering experience preferred.
