Job Description :
Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment.
Receive, inspect and document incoming shipments.
Pull, pack and stage materials and customer orders for shipment.
Process shipping and receiving labels and documentation for FedEx, UPS, LTL, and freight carriers.
Load and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other materials handler equipment.
Delivering materials to production areas in a timely manner.
Support other materials-handling functions as needed to meet production and shipping deadlines.
Provide production departments with material needed or requested in a timely and organized manner.
Unloading customer material from Crates, pallets and other shipping containers.
Follow safety procedures, ensure compliance with PPE requirements.
Perform equipment inspections and follow our 2-minute warning as part of our safety procedures.
Other tasks might be assigned as needed.

Work is performed in non-temperature-controlled production facilities, with exposure to varying temperatures and other environmental factors.
Required Qualifications -
Preferred : Highschool diploma or GED or associate degree or technical certificate in logistics, supply chain or related field.
1+ years of experience in materials handling, shipping and receiving or warehouse operations within manufacturing- railroad, aerospace or automotive industry experience strongly preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with shipping and receiving systems is a plus (FedEx, UPS, XPO, etc.)
Forklift and pallet jack experience is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Ability to read and interpret shipping and receiving documents, bills and inventory reports.
Strong attention to details, accuracy and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
