Superintendent – Commercial Interiors
Austin, TX
Compensation & Benefits : $125,000 – $155,000 base salary, plus travel expenses, PTO, healthcare, and 401(k).
This GC has been shaping some of the most impressive interior spaces across Texas and is now looking for a Superintendent who knows how to run the show on-site. If you take pride in walking a jobsite and seeing everything running smoothly under your watch, this role’s for you.
Day-to-day :
- Owning the jobsite — schedules, safety, subs, inspections.
- Making real-time calls to keep the job on track.
- Working side by side with the PM to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Setting the standard for quality and safety from the ground up.
