What would this role do

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) you will assist families seeking support with autism and other related developmental disabilities by providing care in-home at a support center or in the community.

What we offer (We like to get right to it!)

• Competitive compensation (we value transparency) $19.00-$20.50 / hour
• An additional incentive of $0.50 up to $1.50 per hour can be applied for applicable case support
• $ 300.00 Hiring Bonus for part-time employees offered when 150 clinical hours are worked within 6-months
• $600.00Hiring Bonus for part-time employees offered when 300 clinical hours are worked within 6-months
• Time Frames : Monday through Friday from 1 : 00pm to 9 : 00Pm
• Saturday and Sunday from 11 : 00am to 7 : 00pm
• Weekends and Night Availability a PLUS!
