General Job Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance on Sprinkler Systems (including wet, dry, and pre-action systems) and Fire Pump testing.
• Maintain a NICET certification in Inspection and Testing of Water-Based Systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance on Fire Alarm systems.
• Follow and maintain a highly structured inspection schedule and complete all assigned inspections on time.
• Using our cloud-based software and mobile app, input, retrieve, and archive inspection reports and documents.
• Identify and report deficiencies found during system inspections.
• Exhibit excellent customer service skills by consistently communicating with company staff and customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• The ability to learn technical manuals.
