You'll receive extensive, hands-on training to guide each person with accuracy, care, and compassion. It's a serious responsibility. This is a part-time, work-from-home position ideal for someone looking to work up to 30 hours a week between 9 : 00am and 3 : 00pm PT (though not necessarily for the full six hours each day). You'll need a quiet, distraction-free environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay fully present on every call. We're not looking for someone to "get through the day" we're looking for someone ready to grow into a role that truly matters.
