Job Details

Day to Day :

• Communicating with clients, attorneys, and court staff;
• Responding to client requests via email and telephone;
• Monitoring court deadlines;
• Preparing materials for client meetings;
• E-Filing
• Preparing drafts of estate planning documents from approved forms;
• Preparing probate forms and filings;
• Drafting correspondence;
• Drafting and responding to discovery;
• Preparing pleadings;
• Case management;
• Keeping record of your own billable time;
• Organizing and maintaining client files;
• Scanning, copying, and filing of documents in an electronic file management system;

Requirements :

Must be a certified paralegal
