As a Chat Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers through live chat. You will assist them by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our customers have a seamless and positive experience with our brand.

Responsibilities :

  • Engage with customers via live chat, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
  • Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while communicating with customers.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
  • Achieve individual and team performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction ratings.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a chat support environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with chat support software and CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • The pay range for this role is :

    70,000 - 80,000 USD per year(Remote (Gainesville, Florida, US))
