As an Aftermarket Sales Support Coordinator, you will support sales and promotional efforts that strengthen the Aftermarket sales department, enhance customer relations, and generate new opportunities.

This role is based in Round Rock, TX office and we enjoy a 50% hybrid work model.

This position may require occasional travel, up to 5%.

What is the role?

  • Generate Aftermarket parts & service quotations based on direct customer inquiries and internal Requests for Quotes (RFQs).
  • Enter quotations and orders into the company Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Release items to procurement and shipping.
  • Support Aftermarket and Capital sales staff with research of part numbers, documents and drawings in company files and databases.
  • Develop and enter new part numbers and electronic bills of material (BOMs).
  • Initiate and manage Warranty cases.
  • Assist customers with questions regarding order and billing status.
  • Enter and update items in company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Report and assist in handling QA / QC issues with fabrication, drawings or parts releases.
  • Aid with preparation of booking documents for Capital and Aftermarket orders.
  • Assist with preparation and assembly of document submittals, O&M Manuals, and related documentation.
  • Perform customer outreach (warm calls) to seek out Aftermarket sales opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Does this sound like you?

  • Associate degree / diploma in applied business / business administration and 2+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment; and / or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work with managers and customers to perform duties which best suit their needs.
  • Ability to read and understand industry related documents : bills of materials (BOMs), shipping lists, parts quotes, and sales proposals. Experience reading and interpretating engineering, assembly and fabrication drawings is a plus.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and an ERP system (preferably Infor Syteline / CSI10).
  • Experience with a CRM and Autodesk Vault or other CAD systems is plus.
