• ALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE TRAVEL EXPERIENCE
• Medical Solutions Clinical Team will pre-screen all candidates. Managers will do 2nd interview
• PAY OT after 40 hours / week. (RC = 40 reg hours) BILL OT after 40 hours / week. (RC = OT rate in OT field) FLAT RATE FOR ALL OT (RC=SAME RATE IN OT AS IN REG) Certs / Licensure Requirements : CA pharmacist license What areas will they cover (ER, ICU, Inpt, Outpt, etc.) : ER, ICU, neonatal ICU, pediatric ICU, neuro ICU, burn ICU, cardiovascular ICU, inpatient Common Duties / Job Requirements / Skills : CAPs TPN ordering, Cerner Computer System, Omnicell, Pharmacy Keeper Experience or 'Must have' skills : IV experience preferred Is there a Pharmacy Manager / Supervisor on each shift? Day shift only Do you staff Pharmacy Techs? IV, in department, and med rec Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) Variable schedule, nights, days, weekends, 8, 10, or 12 hours shifts Weekend Requirements : yes Holiday Requirements : yes Is there an on-call requirement? no Medication Dispensing System? How does it work? omnicell with two carousels.
