The Divisional Controller directs financial activities that include reporting and financial analysis, budget development, and oversight of internal and external record keeping and recording. This position will show leadership in areas of Lean Manufacturing, Quality Systems, innovation, and systems technology.

Key responsibilities for the Divisional Controller :
- Ensure timely and accurate production of :
Financial and operational reports and analysis
Annual capital and operational budgetsReports and analysis required for auditsAccounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, job costing transactions and reportsManage and control financial accounts, ledgers, and corresponding reportsCollaborate with internal departments and supervisors / managers to ensure that overall Finance needs are met or exceededConsistently apply resources to cost control and reductionIdentify, recommend, and implement areas for improvementThe ideal candidate must demonstrate :
Accounting Knowledge : GAAP policies and procedures, federal and state financial regulationsAnalytical skills : Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.Communication skills : Ability to communicate complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner.Problem-solving skills : Ability to identify problems and develop data-driven solutions within and beyond current perspective.Software proficiency : Proficiency in relevant accounting and finance software and tools.Education, Skills, and Experience :
Required : 4 Year degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldPreferred : 5 Years’ experience in professional accountingPreferred : Experience with Lean Manufacturing and ISO / BRC quality systemsEmployment Type : Full Time
